How much does it cost?

 

Surprisingly little in fact, because we are non-profit making the charges only reflect any incurred costs such as vehicle depreciation, maintenance, garaging and support services and fuel usage.

Surplus mileage charges apply after the first 200 miles travelled in any single day (cumulative on multi day bookings); the surplus charge shall then be an extra 10p per mile (6p per mile – Tyres, 3p per mile additional Maintenance, 1p per mile additional admin). 

 

Payment Methods

Groups can pay cash on the day they travel or by cheque. Where groups are paying by cheque we must receive the cheque at least 5 working days before the trip departs.

 

Contract bookings can be paid monthly by prior arrangement, by Cheque or BACS (however payment must be received within 10 working days of your invoice date).
